Intermediate also known as organic intermediates

Intermediates are also known as organic intermediates. Use coal tar or petroleum products as raw materials to manufacture dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, resins, auxiliaries, plasticizers and other intermediate products. Because it was originally used to make dyes, also known as dye intermediates.

Intermediate refers to semi-finished products, is the production of some product in the middle, such as to produce a product, can be produced from intermediates, to save costs.

The intermediates are formed by the reaction of cyclic compounds such as benzene, naphthalene, anthracene, etc. by sulfonation, alkali melting, nitrification and reduction. For example, benzene by nitrification into nitrobenzene, and then reduced to aniline, aniline can be chemically processed into dyes, drugs, vulcanization accelerator. Both Nitrobenzene and aniline are intermediates.

Also by the ring-free compounds such as methane, acetylene, propylene, butane, butene, such as dehydrogenation, polymerization, halogenated, hydrolysis and other reactions. For example, butane or butene dehydrogenation Cheng Ding diene, butadiene can be chemically processed into synthetic rubber, synthetic fibres and so on. Butadiene is an intermediate.

Originally refers to the use of coal tar or petroleum products as raw materials for the synthesis of spices, dyes, resins, pharmaceuticals, plasticizers, rubber additives, such as chemical products in the process of production of intermediate products. It is generally refers to the various intermediate products obtained in the process of organic synthesis.
